The tour to Peles and Cantacuzino castles comprises beauty and history in one. Cantacuzino Castle was the summer home of a well known politician of the 19th century Grigore Cantacuzino. He used to be one of the wealthiest man in Romania at that time and decided to construct this authentic monument with a breathtaking panorama to the Bucegi Mountains. The Castle constructed in Neo-Romanian architectural style is surrounded with alleys and pathways which lead to fountains, waterfalls and small caves.
