About This Experience
• Enjoy Japan's traditional sake, doburoku, at the brewery's on-site bar. • The experience is led by the proprietress. Up to six guests at a time can participate in this one-of-a-kind event. • Enjoy a tasting of multiple varieties of doburoku, each brewed using distinct methods and served in thoughtfully chosen sakeware. • The proprietress's homemade dishes are served to pair with the drinks during the tasting. • Souvenirs of doburoku and sake cups are included. • The experience takes place at Dejima in Nagasaki, a place that has become a symbol of cultural exchange. • Convenient access to the brewery as it is located in an urban area. • This activity is not conducted by a guide, but staff adapts hospitality in English.
