About This Experience
Words hold power. This guided writing and poetry workshop invites you to explore self-expression as a path to clarity, healing, and creative flow. Through a series of reflective prompts and mindful exercises, you’ll tap into the truth of the moment—letting words move through you with ease and authenticity. We begin by opening the space with intention, guided by a ceremonial-grade tea ritual. This high-quality, premium tea activates creative qi (chi), helping you settle into presence and receptivity. At tea house, we blend ancient wisdom with modern wellness, offering soulful, à la carte experiences that nourish both body and spirit. This writing class is a sanctuary for self-discovery, creative alignment, and conscious expression.
